Irfan Bachdim and Kim Kurniawan have opportunity to join to Indonesia national football team

Irfan came to national attention as an integral part of the national side during the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) Cup in 2010. Kim and Andik have been touted as players to watch for the future. The decision of world soccer’s governing body FIFA to appoint a normalization committee to solve the current crisis at the Indonesian Soccer Association (PSSI) may signal good news for Irfan Haarys Bachdim, who was ousted from the national team for joining an unsanctioned rival league.
The Indonesian National Team Agency (BTN) said it believed the newly formed committee would find a solution to bring the talented Irfan and rising star Kim Jeffrey Kurniawan to the national team. The talented duo was excluded from the team because they play for Persema Malang which plays in the Indonesian Premier League (LPI), which is not recognized by the PSSI and FIFA.
“The solution to the problem of bringing Irfan and Kim into the national side is in the hands of the normalization committee. But with the current progress of the committee’s work, I believe Irfan and Kim still have a chance to play for the team,” BTN deputy chairman Iman Ari.The committee, under interim leader Agum Gumelar, first met on Wednesday and announced it would hold a PSSI presidential congress on May 20, settle the legal standing of the LPI, and continue the PSSI’s daily tasks, especially in organizing competitions as well as sporting development. Hopefully, they are able join to Indonesia national football team.

cheer.
